PATNA, India, July 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 8:
Review petitioners have assailed the order of the Co-ordinate Bench dated 25.02.2020 passed in L.P.A. No. 1162 of 2018, arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 13787 of 2015.
2. The one and only contention raised by the Review Petitioners are that Co-ordinate Bench proceeded to pass orders against the Review petitioners only on the score of delay in initiation of inquiry. It is submitted that minor punishment had been imposed to the extent of stoppage of three increments with non-cumulative effect. Therefore, allowing L.P.A. is incorrect.
