PATNA, India, March 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on March 7:
Heard the parties.
2. The petitioners have approached this Court seeking a direction upon the respondents, especially the respondent nos. 6 and 7 to release the amount of GPF with statutory interest so deducted from the salary of the concerned employees. The respondent State Government has already sent the funds to the District Education Officer and the respondent Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board has also sent the list of the employees of the Sanskrit High School Madneshwar Asthan, Madhubani and Sanskrit Bal Vikash Vidya Mandir Brdaha, Madhubani containing the name of the petitioners and their deceased father or husband.
