PATNA, India, April 21 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 19:

2. The petitioner had participated in the NIT issued by the respondent for widening and strengthening of road in Patna City Road Division in which he was declared technically successful. However, later, the work was re-advertised vide NIT No. RCD/02/EPC/Patna City/2023-24 (re-tender) on 22.01.2024 but this order of re-tender was under the signature of an Executive Engineer and not the Departmental Tender Committee, which is not permissible.
