PATNA, India, April 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on April 4:
The present MJC-contempt petition has been filed for non compliance of the order dated 24.06.2024 passed in CWJC No. 3695 of 2024.
2. From perusal of reply to the contempt petition along with the affidavit on behalf of respondent no. 7 along with Annexure-R/A memorandum dated 22.10.2014, it is evident that the grievance of the petitioners have been redressed in the light of order dated 24.06.2024.
