By the impugned order contained in letter no.252 dated 12.03.2024 issued by the Deputy General Manager (Project), B.M.S.I.C.L, Bhagalpur, the petitioner has been debarred from participating in future tenders with the respondent till the completion of building construction for Community Health Center, Additional Primary Health Center and Health & Wellness Center at various places in the district of Bhagalpur.
