PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON EMPREO RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR AND OTHERS

PATNA, India, June 26 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on June 24:

In a tender floated by the Executive Officer, Bounsi Panchayat, the petitioner and another were found to be technically responsive. However, later, the District Magistrate, Banka found that the Technical Evaluation Committee had not been properly constituted and the evaluation made by them were absolutely faulty.
