This intra-court appeal is directed against the judgment dated 29.09.2022 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No.13826 of 2014, refusing to accede to the request of the appellant for a direction to the respondents to give him second time bound promotion w.e.f. 16.07.1991, for which he claims entitlement.
