No.251 of 2021 vide order dated 19.07.2024 in the case of The State of Bihar and others Versus Rupak Kumar. In the present case, the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition (C.W.J.C. No.7965 of 2020) of the appellant vide order dated 06.04.2021. Hence, the present L.P.A.
