PATNA, India, May 8 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on May 6:
The instant petition is directed against the order dated 29.08.2018 passed by learned Sub-Judge I, Lakhisarai in Title Suit No. 101 of 2012, whereby and whereunder the learned trial court allowed the application dated 04.01.2016 filed under Order 6 Rule 17 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure (hereinafter as 'the Code') filed by the plaintiffs/respondents.
