This application has been preferred under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short, the 'Cr.P.C.') as to quash the order taking cognizance dated 20.07.2018 passed by learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Complaint Case No. 248/2016, whereby learned court found prima facie case under section 409 & 420 of the I.P.C. against the petitioner for issuance of summon.
