PATNA, India, July 10 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on July 7:
Order dated 04.04.2025 has not been complied to the extent that the appellant was subjected to medical examination, in particularly eye vision assessment as on the relevant date. In the absence of those material information, the appellant has not made out a case, hence the present LPA stands dismissed.
