In the present batch of writ applications, the petitioners are raising a common question for consideration. On the request of the parties, the writ applications have been tagged and heard together on various dates. Mr. Sujit Ghosh, learned Senior Advocate, assisted by Mr. Suraj Samdarshi, learned Advocate has led the arguments. CWJC No. 3531 of 2022 has been taken as lead case.
