Heard Ms. Chhaya Kirti, the learned Advocate for the appellants and Mr. Satyabir Bharti, the learned Senior Advocate for the respondent /Zila Parishad, West Champaran, Bettiah.

By the impugned judgment dated 12.06.2025 passed in CWJC No. 9243 of 2025, the appellants (writ petitioners therein) were permitted to apply before the Zila Parishad, West Champaran, Bettiah for renewal /regularization of their lease subject to the condition of deposit of certain amount and rental for three months.
