2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a show-cause affidavit has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.6.

It is categorically averred that in compliance with the order of this Court the Circle Officer, Lakhnaur considered the explanation/petition filed by the petitioner in the light of report of Halka Karamchari, as also perused the revenue record and finally passed the order dated 22.07.2025 rejecting the contention raised by the petitioner.
