PATNA, India, July 2 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on June 30:
1. The writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) for setting aside the show cause notice in memo no. 813 dated 22.09.2014 and also for quashing the order contained in memo no. 960 dated 15.11.2014 passed by learned S.D.O., Kishanganj by which he was pleased to cancelled the PDS license of the petitioner being license no. 18TR/2007 and also for quashing the order dated 20.06.2017 passed in PDS Appeal Case No. 05 of 2015 by the learned Collector, Kishanganj by which he was pleased to dismiss the appeal and further be pleased to restore the license and supply of the petitioner."
