The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking following reliefs :
"(i) For quashing the Judgment/Decree dated 05.06.2020, passed in Eviction Appeal No. 2 of 2019 by the Court of Learned Additional District Judge-1, Hilsa, whereby the said appeal preferred against the Judgment/Decree dated 10.05.2019, passed in Eviction Suit No. 6 of 2013 by the Court of Learned Additional Munsif, Hilsa (Nalanda) has been allowed and by setting aside the said judgment and decree the suit in question has been dismissed, though under Section 18 (8) of the Bihar Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control act, 1982 th...
