Heard Mr. Vijay Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners; Mr. Bindhyachal Rai, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the University and Mr. Vishwambhar Prasad, learned AC to AAG-5 for the State.
2. Petitioners have, inter alia, prayed for following reliefs in the paragraph No.1 of the writ petition:- 3.
