The present writ petition has been filed for the quashing of the order dated 20.07.2010, passed by respondent No. 5, namely, the Commandant of the 160th Battalion, Central Reserve Police Force, whereby the petitioner was compulsorily retired from his service as Hawaldar in the Central Reserve Police Force, with effect from 20.07.2010.
