Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the respondents.

The instant appeal has been preferred by the appellant against the judgment dated 14.9.2023 passed in CWJC no. 11609 of 2022 whereby the writ application filed by the respondent no. 8 was allowed, the connected CWJC no. 7070 of 2023 was dismissed and it was directed that the respondent no. 8 will be reinstated in service with all consequential benefits.
