PATNA HIGH COURT ISSUES JUDGEMENT ON AMITABH KUMAR GUPTA V/S THE STATE OF BIHAR AND ORS

PATNA, India, March 28 -- Patna High Court issued the following judgment on Feb. 28:

The instant revision is directed against the order dated 27th August 2019 passed by the Sub- Divisional Officer, East Muzaffarpur, in Trial Case No. M-214 of 2018 under Section 188 of the IPC. The said proceeding was disposed of by the Sub-Divisional Officer, East Champaran on the ground that no show-cause has been filed by the opposite party for a period of one year.
