The present application has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 18.10.2023 in connection with Complaint Case No.1998 of 2022, whereby cognizance has been taken by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Bhagalpur under Sections 420 and 467 of the Indian Penal Code.
