2. The matter in hand, is in narrow compass to the extent of publication of final result of the petitioner, who had been allowed to participate in B.Tech (Mid Term as well as End Term) examination of VIIth Semester, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.02.2025.
3. This Court considering the predicament and cloud over the future prospect of the petitioner, who had been pursuing the course of B. Tech, directed the University and the College, in question, to allow the petitioner to participate in the VIIth Semester examination and accordingly the petitioner had participated in the said examination and later on he was allowed to pa...
