CUTTACK, India, June 12 -- Orissa High Court issued the following order on May 12:
1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking modification of order dated 23.04.2025.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner inadvertently the wrong amount has been typed out by typing the final order. It has been mentioned "Rs.2.05 crore" in the 7th line of Para-6 of the said order instead of "Rs.2.50 crore". Accordingly, it may be corrected.
4. Considering such submission, this Court modifies the order dated 23.04.2025 to the extent that the expressions "Rs.2.05 crore" occurred in the 7th line of Para-6 be corrected as "Rs.2.50 crore".
