SHILLONG, India, Feb. 9 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 9:
Mr. S. Chanda, learned counsel submits that due to some personal difficulty Ms. K. Decruse, learned Legal Aid counsel appearing on behalf of the complainant is not present before this Court and prays for adjournment of the matter.
In view of the submission made and as agreed to by the parties, list this matter immediately after vacation before the regular Bench
