SHILLONG, India, Feb. 12 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment on Feb. 2:

Office note indicates that the notices issued to the respondents Nos. 4 & 5, have returned unserved in view of the incorrect address. The petitioner to obtain the correct address and to take fresh steps on the said respondents.

Ms. S. Rumathao, learned counsel vice Dr. N. Mozika, learned DSGI for the respondent No. 1 and Ms. P. Agarwal, learned counsel for the respondent No. 2, submit that no affidavit will be forthcoming from these respondents.

Ms. A. Kharshiing, learned counsel for the respondent No. 3, prays for and is allowed 2(two) weeks' time to file affidavit.
