Mr. R. Gurung, learned counsel for the applicants has submitted that no report is forthcoming as far as respondent No. 5 is concerned in MC(WA) No. 27 of 2023.
It is prayed that fresh steps may be allowed to be taken for issuance of notice upon the said respondent. On prayer made, the same is allowed.
