SHILLONG, India, April 29 -- Meghalaya High Court issued the following judgment on April 5:
1. These writ petitions being similar and related to appointments made from the same advertisement dated 10.07.2021 issued by the North East Centre for Technology Application and Reach (NECTAR) assailing the same impugned order dated 07.10.2022, are being disposed of by this common Judgment and Order.
2. The writ petitioners in response to the advertisement, being eligible and possessing the required qualifications had applied for different posts, which will be detailed hereinafter.
