JABALPUR, India, Jan. 15 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 16:
An objection is raised by the respondents that the subject issue pertains to a dispute with regard to custody of child and it is best suited to be decided by a Guardianship Court.
Faced with the objection, learned counsel for petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition, reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Court under the Guardians and Wards Act.
Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
