JABALPUR, India, Nov. 28 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Oct. 30:
Corpus has been produced in Court by Shri Sumitra Maravi, Sub Inspector and Lady Constable- Ms. Rajkumari Singh, Police Station City Kotwali District, Satna. Corpus is aged over 15 years and she expresses her desire to return her parental home. Petitioner/father of the corpus is also present in court and also expresses the desire to take the corpus to his house.
It is directed that custody of the corpus be handed over to the petitioner. Petition is accordingly disposed of in the above terms.
