The petitioner has filed this review petition praying that this review petition be allowed and the Writ Appeal No.12/2010 which was dismissed by this court by order dated 14.01.2025 be restored to its original number and be heard on its merits.
The present review petition has been filed after a lapse of more than 10 years.
