JABALPUR, India, May 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 7:
1. The present appeal has been filed by the appellant who is aggrieved by the observations made against him vide Order dated 05.12.2024 in Review Petition No.1386/2024 whereby directions were issued to take action against the appellant who was OIC of the case as reply was not filed by him in the case.
2. We have heard Writ Appeal No.647/2025 on merits and considered all the contentions of the which are against the substantive Order of the Writ Court on merits of the case which the State would have come out with in the reply.
