JABALPUR, India, Jan. 15 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Dec. 16:
Learned counsel for respondents raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the writ petition.
Faced with the objection, appellant who appears in person seeks leave to withdraw the appeal reserving the right of appellant to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
