JABALPUR, India, Dec. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Nov. 6:
1. By the subject review petition, petitioner is seeking to urge a new interpretation to the Ordinance that has been interpreted by this Court in its order dated 30th June, 2025 passed in W.P. No.2120/2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to reargue the matter on merits which is not permissible while exercising powers of the review jurisdiction.
3. No error apparent on the face of the record is pointed out. No ground is made out to review the order dated 30th June, 2025. Petition is accordingly dismissed.
