MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON VIJAY YADAV AND OTHERS V/S THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:

Counsel for the petitioners seek permission to withdraw the petition on instruction with liberty to file appeal against the order passed by the Collector.

Permission is granted.

Appeal be filed within a week.

Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.

Let original copy of the order passed by the Collector be returned to the counsel for the petitioners and photocopy of the said order be placed in this petition.
