MADHYA PRADESH HIGH COURT ISSUES ORDER ON THE STATE OF MADHYA PRADESH AND OTHERS V/S RAM KUMAR SHARMA (DECEASED) AND OTHERS

JABALPUR, India, Feb. 7 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 8:

1. Instant intra-court appeal is preferred by the State being aggrieved by the order dated 20.03.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.5955/2009; whereby the writ petition preferred by the respondent was allowed.
