1. The present batch of writ appeals have been filed by the State of Madhya Pradesh and by the M.P. Bhoj (Open) University challenging the common judgment and order passed by the learned Single Judge in WP No.1910/2017 and batch of connected cases on 02.04.2018. By the aforesaid order, the learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petitions filed by the selected candidates against which the State Government and M.P.
