JABALPUR, India, Aug. 6 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 10:
In the instant writ petition, petitioner submits that her land was acquired as far back in the year 2014 and till date the proceedings have not been finalized and full compensation has not been received by the petitioner.
We note that the proceedings have been pending since the year 2014.
In view of the above, we direct the Collector-cum-Arbitrator to dispose of the proceedings as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
