JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:
The present petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:
"A. That, the sole Respondent be directed by way of mandamus to decide the representation of Petitioner and finalize the bills.
B. That, the Petitioner be allowed to file additional documents to substantiate the facts of this case, as and when prayed for by him.
C. Any other relief that this Hon'ble Court may deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case, all in the interest of equity, justice and good conscience."
