JABALPUR, India, July 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on June 18:
We notice that between the petitioner and the private respondents, there are several litigations pending. Accordingly, petitioner cannot maintain the present petition which has been filed as a Public Interest Litigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition reserving the right of the petitioner to initiate appropriate proceeding in accordance with law.
In view of the above, petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
