JABALPUR, India, Aug. 18 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 21:
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have given a representation to the State and the State has assured that the representations are likely to be considered favourably but pendency of the present petitions is coming in the way of the respondents passing an appointment order in the favour of the petitioners.
He accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the petitions reserving right of the petitioners to approach afresh in case the appointment order is not given in favor of the petitioners.
In view of the above petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for.
