JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:
Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has informed that amount of more than Rs.33 Lakhs has already been paid in favour of the petitioner herein and further agreed to pay an amount of Rs.50 Lakhs by 21.04.2025 and another amount of Rs.58 Lakhs shall be paid within 10 days. The remaining amount to which petitioner will be found entitled shall be paid within 15 days after de-installation of machines by the petitioner.
It is agreed by the petitioner, on instructions, that after taking due permission/NOC required from the concerned authorities machines shall be de-installed within four weeks from today, failing which the erring party whosoever shall fac...
