JABALPUR, India, Aug. 2 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 1:
Learned counsel for the appellant seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to pursue the representation already submitted with the respondents. He, however, prays that a reasonable joining time be given to the appellant to join the place of posting.
In view of the above, appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
Appellant is permitted to join the place of posting by 14 th July, 2025.
It is clarified that the authorities shall be at liberty to consider the representation in accordance with law without being influenced by the withdrawal of the present appeal.
