JABALPUR, India, May 14 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following order on April 16:
The petitioner has prayed for following relief in this petition :-
(i) Direct the Respondent Authorities (Respondents No. | to 4) to take strict legal action against Respondents No. 5 & 6 for illegal encroachment and unauthorized construction on Government land.
(ii) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Revenue and District Authorities to remove the illegal construction and restore the Government land (Khasra No.321/1/1/1/1, measuring 8.3530 hectares, Tehsil Huzoor, Bhopal) to its original status.
(iii) Direct the Respondent Authorities to initiate appropriate criminal and civil proceedings against Respondents No. 5 & 6 for illegal encroach...
