JABALPUR, India, July 19 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on June 18:
Learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.3 raises a preliminary objection with regard to maintainability of the present writ petition and also submits that the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the representation of the petitioner has already been decided.
Faced with the above objections, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition reserving the right of the petitioner to impugn the decision on the representation.
Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
