By this habeas corpus petition, petitioner seeks production of his son, who as per petitioner, was picked up and kept in illegal detention by Station House Officer, Kotwali, District - Seoni since morning of 10th January, 2026.
Learned Government Advocate appearing for the State on advance notice has submitted that an FIR has been registered against the corpus and other persons on 12.01.2026 in the said Police Station and corpus has been arrested in the said FIR.
