JABALPUR, India, Feb. 12 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on Jan. 12:
The corpus is produced before this Court by Assistant Sub Inspector, Shri K.P. Uikey and Lady Constable 334, Khema Singh. The corpus is major. She states that she has left her parental home of her own free will and is not in a wrongful confinement. She states that she does not wish to return to her parental home.
In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
