Petitioner impugns order dated 19.02.2025 whereby the writ petition of the petitioner has been dismissed on the ground that petitioner has neither filed the bylaws of the association nor a resolution of the general body of the association authorising the President to file the petition on their behalf. In the absence of any authorisation or resolution, the Writ Court has held the petition to be not maintainable.
