JABALPUR, India, April 30 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on April 1:
1. Learned counsel appearing on advance notice and on instructions submits that the land acquisition in question shall be strictly done in terms of Section 41 of Land Acquisition Act, 2013, by complying the requirements therein before issuing notification.
2. In view of above, we hereby dispose of the present petition, however, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if there is a violation of Section 41, they may challenge the same before the appropriate forum.
3. With the aforesaid liberty, the present petition is disposed of.
