JABALPUR, India, Aug. 5 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on July 4:
1. After some arguments learned counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. He however reserves the right of the appellants to apply for appointment in case respondents take out an Advertisement for employing people on contractual basis or other basis during election period.
2. In view of the above, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
3. All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved.
4. It is clarified that in case respondents take out an advertisement for recruiting people temporarily during election period, it would be open to the appellants to make an application and for the authorities to consider ...
