JABALPUR, India, July 22 -- Madhya Pradesh High Court issued the following judgment/order on June 23:
Learned counsel for appellant submits that a statutory provision making the Limitation Act specifically applicable could not be brought to the notice of the Writ Court. He, accordingly, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file a review.
In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
